1. I've started using a Fitbug (a step counter) and I've become totally addicted! Each day I have been aiming for 10,000 steps and even just a couple of days in I feel so much better, so much more alive. I'm totally loving my new gadget.
2. The weather is so Autumnal and I love it. I've been out in the garden weeding, cutting grass, trimming hedges and clearing debris. It's the perfect time for gardening.
3. The Autumn feels a bit like spring to me. A time for a good de-clutter so I've started by clearing out my wardrobe and Boy, it feels good!
